A front body structure of a vehicle, which is capable of inducing an evasive behavior of the vehicle in the event of a small overlap collision and reinforcing the rigidity of a vehicle body, may include a pair of front side members disposed in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle and spaced apart from each other in a width direction of the vehicle, a front end module upper member disposed in the width direction of the vehicle and including both end portions located above the front side members, a frunk support bar disposed in the width direction of the vehicle behind the front end module upper member, and a frunk side bar connecting the front end module upper member to the frunk support bar.
