In the case where PLC-based communication has come to an end when external charging comes to an end, the charging ECU (160) controls a relay of a CCID (40) so that it is in OFF state and, in the case where PLC-based communication is continuing when external charging comes to an end, it maintains the relay of the CCID (40) in ON state.",
