If impact energy larger than a predetermined level is applied, a couple force acts in a direction where a connection portion between the opposing end portions of the two short frames in the connecting frame 404 and the lower end portion of the intermediate leg portion 403 is pressed downward, and this rotates the diagonally provided rear leg portion 402 diagonally lower front around the lower end portion thereof.
