Illuminated display behind the mirror glass of a vehicle's exterior rear view mirror

The display has a housing (10) connected with a part of an exterior mirror of a vehicle. The housing includes a lamp (25) on a printed circuit board (29) and a light conductor structure (11). The light conductor structure tapers from a front edge in wedge shape, where the front edge lies opposite to the lamp. The light conductor structure forms a tub with certain radius. The housing is connected with a rear side of a mirror glass. A reflective layer is partially removed in a range of displayed symbols on the housing.
