The mechanism includes a releasing unit e.g. processor, to release the energy stored in the accumulator and to provide the energy to the generator and a secondary spring energy accumulator (21) of the mechanism. The releasing unit releases the energy stored in the secondary accumulator and provides the energy to the generator. The releasing unit includes a clutching unit i.e. clutch (19), for selectively blocking or releasing the accumulators.",
