The vehicle pneumatic tire comprises a tread, which has shoulder-sided profile block rows (2) with shoulder blocks separated from each other by transverse grooves (4). The profile block rows are separated from a central tread area (Z) by a circumferential groove (1) running in circumferential direction. The central area occupies between 45 to 55 percentage of the breadth (B) of the tread.
