The platform includes an on-board electricity generator operative to be motivated by a hydraulic pressure and a pneumatic pressure to provide on-demand baug resistant electricity production. The hydraulic pressure is imparted by a hydraulic impeller operatively associated with the on-board electricity generator. The pneumatic pressure is imparted by a pneumatic impeller operatively associated with a pulley drive system configured with a counter tilt gear incline ratio.
