The top (3) has a roof top laid on a wind screen lamination (9) while closing the top. The roof top is arranged between regions of the wind screen lamination, and a portion of the roof top is force-coupled with a folding-top kinematics by a complete motion sequence while opening the top. The roof top moves opposite to a front roof frame part by a set of guiding devices i.e. setting device. The roof top interacts with the folding-top kinematics by a lever device. A passenger compartment (7) is moved in a rear side storage region (13) i.e. rear side storage space.
