The invention relates to a vehicle cooling device (14), in particular for a vehicle drive battery, with a cooling panel assembly (18) comprising a first and a second sheet of metal (20, 22). The two sheets of metal (20, 22) are bonded by a roll bond process, forming at least one bonding region (30) and at least one cooling fluid channel (34) is formed as a cavity (32) between the two sheets of metal (20, 22), the two sheets of metal (20, 22) being spaced apart in the region of the channel (34). The invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a vehicle cooling device (14).
