Bottle holder

The holder (1) has a holder front end (3) exactly inserted on a flexible control rod (2) for manually adjusting a seat i.e. front seat (7), of a vehicle. A bracket (4) comprises arc-shaped flexible spur structures (5, 5'), and is firmly connected with the holder front end. The spur structures of the bracket are aligned with respect to a drive shaft hump (8) of the vehicle for providing necessary enclosure and necessary contact pressure for securing a bottle (6) against the drive shaft hump.
