"textContent": "An idling stop control device (1), adapted to connect a transmission (93) to an engine (91) to be selectively engaged via a clutch (92), automatically stops and starts the engine (91) when a predetermined condition for each is satisfied. During the automatic stop state, a braking force sustaining means (S10, S29) generates a predetermined braking force irrespective of an operation amount of a brake operation member and a start judgment means (S21 to S28) judges satisfaction of the predetermined start condition. When the predetermined start condition is satisfied, an automatic start means (S30) automatically starts the engine (91). A braking force release means (S34, S36) releases a predetermined braking force when a predetermined hold time (A) elapses from a specific point in time where the operation amount of the brake operation member starts decreasing or comes to zero. The predetermined start condition requires the clutch (92) in a disengaged state and the operation amount of the brake operation member to decrease or to become zero.",
