Method for controlling an electric revolving field machine of a mobile work machine

The method involves determining monitoring speed of an induction machine i.e. asynchronous two-phase induction motor of a mobile work machine (1) as a computed monitoring value from input values, which are transmitted to a monitoring computer. The input values are maintained by the monitoring computer by a data bus e.g. controller area network bus or CPU bus, of a control computer. The computed monitoring value is compared with another input values transmitted via the data bus. The control computer and the monitoring computer are converted into different cores of a multi-core processor. An independent claim is also included for a control device comprising an induction machine of a mobile work machine.
