Method for operating an industrial power plant and industrial power plant for process gases
DRIVE

The method involves partially operating a gas turbine (6) with process gas by performing a process i.e. smelting process (1), which is associated with a power plant process. The process gas is partially compressed by operating pressure of the gas turbine and supplied into a compressed gas storage that is designed as a storage pipeline (10). The process gas is provided as combustible gas after relaxation on the operating pressure level of the gas turbine. Temperature depression is developed during the relaxation of the combustible gas for an intake air refrigeration of the gas turbine. An independent claim is also included for an industrial power station for process gases with a gas turbine.
