The abnormal noise preventing sheet 10 of this invention has a substrate 12 comprising a nonwoven fabric 122 and a PSA adhesive layer 14 provided on a first side 12A of the substrate. The PSA constituting the PSA layer 14 contains an acrylic polymer and a tackifier. This sheet 10 has a toluene emission level of 20 µg or less per gram of PSA layer when the PSA layer 14 is heated at 80°C for 30 min.",
