The surface element (3) has portions of planar extending electrical heating elements attached to the surface element. A surface layer with heating wires is incorporated in a material. The surface element is partially made from fiber-composite material i.e. carbon material. Electrical voltage is transferred into the material. The heating wires are held in a position. The surface element is fastened with seat belt fasteners. The surface element exhibits size between 300 cm to 750 cm in length and between 250 cm to 300 cm in width.
