The nacelle has a lip (114) extended inside and outside the nacelle by inner and outer walls (116, 118), respectively. A front frame (122) connects the inner wall and the outer wall that delimits an annular pipe (124). A rear frame (126) connects the walls close to a motorization unit (112). A junction zone (146) includes an element (152) at a section of the nacelle along a plane containing a longitudinal axis (113) of the nacelle. The element is formed of parts of the outer wall and the front frame, and includes an offset (154) whose shapes are provided to receive a panel forming the lip. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing an element forming a part of an outer wall of an aircraft nacelle.
