The control element (10) comprises a flat passage (14) from a first side (16) to an opposite second side (18) for a lamella (12). The passage formed on one side by a frame-shaped side portion (20) having a slot (24), is limited, so that a section (22) of side portion is resiliently deflected. An independent claim is included for assembly of lamella and control element.
