The device has a shoe (11) for guiding movable rollers (111), where the rollers immobilize the shoe in the rail. Retaining elements (12, 13) i.e. housings, retain objects. One of the elements is movable relative to the shoe along a rotation axis. The element has blocking units formed of serrations for blocking the rotation of element. The blocking units define a locked state in which the rotation of the element relative to the shoe is blocked and an unlocked state in which the element is moved in rotation relative to the shoe. The element has straps (14) mounted on a rolling unit.
