To provide a valve, a fluidic apparatus, and a fluid-supplying apparatus in which the valve is openable and closable without using any active element and the occurrence of excessive supply can be prevented. A valve includes a valve body 10, a diaphragm 20 that divides the inside of the valve body 10 into a first valve chamber 11 and a second valve chamber 12 and is displaced under a pressure of fluid, a first opening 15 provided to the first valve chamber 11, a second opening 16 provided to the first valve chamber 11, and a third opening 17 provided to the second valve chamber 12 When a pump 4 is not driven, the force applied to a side of the diaphragm 20 facing the second valve chamber 12 is larger than the force applied to a side of the diaphragm 20 facing the first valve chamber 11, and the second opening 16 is sealed by the diaphragm 20 When the pump 4 is driven and the force applied to the side of the diaphragm 20 facing the first valve chamber 11 becomes larger than the force applied to the side of the diaphragm 20 facing the second valve chamber 12, the diaphragm 20 allows the first and second openings 15 and 16 to communicate with each other.
