The first road class is lower than the second road class. The method further may include determining traffic data about one or more remote vehicles traveling on a segment of the second road adjacent to the node location. The method further may include determining an estimated wait time for the vehicle based at least in part on the traffic data and a distance between the vehicle and the node location. The method further may include performing a first action based at least in part on the estimated wait time.",
