The pneumatic tire has an inner layer, a carcass and a side wall, where the inner layer and rubber compositions of the carcass and the side wall are formed with reduced soot particles such that the tire exhibits preset electric resistance and preset reinforcing material for the carcass. The reinforcing material is formed as hybrid reinforcing material that is made of textile electrically non-conductive multifilament yarns and electrically conductive steel filaments, where the steel filaments occupy 0.5 to 25 weight percentage of the hybrid reinforcing material.
