Transportable device for storing and dispensing hydrocarbons

The device (1) has a container (2) with ISOcorner and an enclosure with a hydrocarbon storage area (5) that is connected through pumping units to an automatic distribution machine. A reception tank is provided at a lower part of the storage area, and receives a cistern (7) containing hydrocarbon. Enclosing units enclose the cistern through panels to form a pit around the cistern, where height of the panels is higher than dimensions of the cistern. The pit is filled with a high heat resistant insulating fire-retardant material to drown the cistern.
