Vehicle components with a flow lead element

The vehicle component has an interrupting element (115) which comprises a conducting surface (115.1) projected in the air flow. The conducting surface is formed and arranged around an inclined angle for a local mainstream direction (111). A surface is provided, which is exposed during operation of a wind induced airflow with the local mainstream direction. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle with a nominal operating speed.
