A current consuming component (8) is electrically coupled with the units, where power consumption of the component is less than combined output power of the units in a normal operating mode. A control unit monitors functions of the units, switches the component from the normal operating mode into a limited operating mode during failure of one of the units and deactivates one of the units when one of the units is not necessary to provide power required for the normal mode.
