The aliphatic hydrocarbon compound is a saturated hydrocarbon, which is represented by a formula C nH 2 n+2, C nH 2 nand C nH 2 n-2, where n is an integer number between 5 and 32. The paste comprises metal particles having a coating, which comprises a compound that consists of fatty acids, fatty acid salts and fatty acid esters, and an aliphatic hydrocarbon compound. The metal particles are: silver particles; and present as flakes. The coating compound is a saturated fatty acid having 8-28C, salts of saturated fatty acids having 8-28C and/or esters of saturated fatty acids having 8-28C. The portion of the aliphatic hydrocarbon compound based on the total weight of the paste is in the range of 3-25 wt.%. The portion of polymers has an average molecular weight of less than 700, and is not more than 6 wt.% based on the total weight of the paste.
