The ratio of the mass of the (blocked) isocyanate compound and/or amine curing agent (A) a to the mass of the epoxy compound (B) b (the mass of (blocked) isocyanate compound and/or amine curing agent /the mass of epoxy compound), a/b is preferably not smaller than 0.1 and not larger than 30.",
