Fixing element for fixing a wheel to a wheel axle

The fixing element (8) has a unit for fixing at a wheel axle (6) and another unit for fixing at a wheel (5). The fixing element has two mobile sections, which are separated from each other at a separating level. The former unit is arranged at the former section and a wheel axle cover is arranged at the latter section.
