The device has a lower fastening section (9) arranged partially below a base (7) of a vehicle body (1). A securing section (11) is arranged above the base of the vehicle body and provided with a lashing section (11.1), which runs over a longitudinal extension of a guide rail (2). The lashing section has a larger distance to a side wall (4) of the vehicle body at an upper end than at a lower end. Multiple lashing openings (12) e.g. orifice nozzles, are formed along a longitudinal extension of the lashing section. The guide rail is formed from galvanized steel or aluminum.
