The device has a lever element (7) rotatably arranged around a rotational axis (8) with a tipping element (4). A lower end (11) of the lever element is movably connected with a surface element (9). The surface element forms a surface inclined to a rear over a portion of vehicle width below a loading surface from the lever element to a wheel set. The lever element pushes off the surface element in a horizontal position when movement of a shock absorber (3) aligned in a driving direction and tangential movement on a turning circle of the tipping element are performed.
