A motor-vehicle-component metal sheet contains non-treatable aluminum alloy chosen from H12-type aluminum alloy, H14-type aluminum alloy, H16-type aluminum alloy, H18-type aluminum alloy, H34-type aluminum alloy, H36-type aluminum alloy and H38-type aluminum alloy based on EN515:1993,and magnesium. The sheet is partially heated to form motor-vehicle metal portion, such that the motor-vehicle metal portion is locally deformed which lie above the forming limit curve of the aluminum alloy at room temperature.
