The film casing is wrapped around the exterior of the battery cell body. The battery cell body comprises a negative electrode plate. The negative electrode plate comprises a negative current collector and a negative active material coating. The negative active material coating comprises silicon-based material and graphite material. The film casing has a plurality of vertices, each of which comprises a first edge corner portion, a second edge corner portion, and a third edge corner portion intersected. The film casing and the battery cell body satisfy: 1500 N/m≤(abc)/(Wb×Wc)≤84000 N/m. The disclosure solves the technical problem that film casings are prone to damage and leakage.
