A bicycle rim (12) is provided with a pair of circumferential side walls (22,24) and an outer bridge (28) connecting radial outer ends (22b,24b) between the first and second circumferential side walls (22,24). At least one of the first and second circumferential side walls (22,24) includes a first portion (32-40) of a non-resin material with a first thermal conductivity and a second portion (44,46) of a non-resin material with a second thermal conductivity. The second portion (44,46) extends more than half in a circumferential direction along the at least one of the first and second circumferential side walls (22,24). The second thermal conductivity of the second portion (44,46) is higher than the first thermal conductivity of the first portion (32-40). The first and second portions (32-40,44,46) at least partially overlaps in a thickness direction of the at least one of the first and second circumferential side walls (22,24).
