A method of operating a stack having a plurality of cells and a plurality of cooling plates includes: supplying a working fluid to a first group of the cooling plates; and re-supplying the working fluid passed through the first group of the cooling plates to a second group of the cooling plates, wherein the first and second groups are divided according to an operating temperature in the stack.
