The bracket may include a locking mechanism to releasably secure the cover in the storage position, the locking mechanism including: a riser positioned laterally between the second pair of wheel wells, a cap rotatably coupled to the cover to releasably couple to the riser; and an aperture within the cover to receive at least one of the cap or the riser, such that the cap and riser when releasably coupled restrict rotation of the cover from the storage position to the open position.",
