The fluid dispenser (1) has a supplying cylinder (3) with an arranged supplying piston (4). A pressure relief medium (11) is provided such that an operating pressure (PA) of operating fluid (2) is time-dependently modulated to a discharge opening (10) after a given pattern (12). The pressure relief medium is connected with a control room (5). An independent claim is also included for a method for supplying operating fluid by a fluid dispenser.
