Exhaust gas recirculation system of a combustion engine with an exhaust gas recirculation valve
DRIVE
January 11, 2012
The system has a positioning drive for moving a valve body to release or interrupt connection between an inlet and an outlet. A magnetic measuring system attached to the valve body comprises a magnetic sensor element (7) for contactlessly and linearly detecting a position of magnets (5) arranged in a positioning rod (1), where the sensor element is attached to the magnets. A sensing element (4) is formed by the magnets and an insert molded part (6), where the molded part made of plastic surrounds the magnets. The sensing element is fastened at the positioning rod by the molded part.
