Flanges (190), perpendicular to the diaphragm (130), extend from the diaphragm (130) forming an inner diameter (250) for which the push rod plate (134) is inserted into. An adhesive (210) is placed between the diaphragm (130) and the push rod plate (134), wherein the adhesive (210) maintains an attachment and a seal between the diaphragm (130) and the push rod plate (134) keeping the diaphragm (130) and the push rod plate (134) in line with each other.",
