The fastening element (1) has an anchoring unit (5) which engages in a wall to which the fastening portion is attached. The anchoring unit comprises locking elements (7). The fastening portion comprises a seal which circularly surrounds the anchoring unit. The locking elements are protruded from the base surface of a ring (8), towards the seal.
