The transport unit (1) has cylindrical-shaped loading objects (5) that are laid on a contact surface (3), where the loading objects are arranged over each other in bearings (4-1,4-2,4-3). The central axes (6) of the loading objects run in the same vertical plane. A traction unit (10) runs between the bearings and perpendicular to the central axes of the loading objects.
