The device has a connection unit (1) that is in partially electric conduction with a connection space. A cover (4) is fixed on the connection unit. The cover is formed with maintaining slots (41) for receiving a fixing unit. The fixing unit fixes the connection unit on unitary cells. The connection unit is formed with a passage hole traversed by the fixing unit. The connection unit includes a plate made of electric conductive material. The cover includes an interlocking unit for fixing the cover on the connection unit.
