The belt reinforcing structure (40) comprises a first belt layer (50) having cords arranged at an angle of +/- 5 degrees or less with respect to the centerplane (EP) of the tire (10), and at least one zigzag belt reinforcing structure (70, 90, 92) located radially outward of the first belt layer (60). The zigzag belt reinforcing structure (70, 90, 92) forms at least two layers of cords, wherein the cords are inclined at +/- 5 to +/- 30 degrees relative to the centerplane (EP) of the tire (10) and extend in alternation to turnaround points (44, 45) at lateral edges. The first belt layer (60) is wider than the zigzag belt reinforcing structure (70, 90, 92). The tire further comprises at least one second belt layer (50) having cords arranged at an angle of +/- 5 degrees or less with respect to the centerplane (EP) of the tire (10).",
