Webbing retractor

A webbing retractor (10) includes a retracting shaft (20); a lock member (70) regulating the rotation of the retracting shaft in the pulled-out direction; a rotating body (50) connected to the retracting shaft; a rotation detecting member (60) that is relatively displaced with respect to the rotating body by inertial force, by which rotation of the rotating body (50) in the pulled-out direction is regulated, and by which the lock member is actuated; and a regulating member having an engaging portion (70A) that engages with the rotation detecting member (60) because of the rotation of the rotating body (58) in the retraction direction.
