Internal combustion engine and cylinder head cover

The internal combustion engine (1) comprises a cylinder head (2), which has a cylinder head inner area (4) opened at the cylinder head side, and a cylinder head cover (3), which is mounted at the cylinder head for covering the cylinder head inner area opened at the cylinder head side. An internal wiring (6) is provided, which is laid in the cylinder head inner area for electrical power supply to the electrical components of the internal combustion engine.
