Aspects of the present disclosure relate to vehicle obstacle detection management. A position of a first device can be obtained. A determination can be made that the first device is within a blind spot of a first vehicle, wherein the blind spot indicates that the first device is hidden by an obstacle within a field of view (FoV) of the first vehicle. A determination can be made that the first device has a projected movement path toward the first vehicle. In response to determining that the first device is within the blind spot of the first vehicle and that the first device has the projected movement path toward the first vehicle, a blind spot action can be issued to attempt to prevent a collision between the first device and the first vehicle.
