The composite electrolyte includes a lithium borohydride-based solid-state electrolyte and a polymer coating layer coated on a surface of the lithium borohydride-based solid-state electrolyte. A voltage window of the composite electrolyte with the wide working voltage range is not less than 6 V and up to 10 V. The lithium borohydride-based solid-state electrolyte comprises lithium borohydride, alumina, and lithium iodide. The polymer coating layer is poly(methyl methacrylate). A mass percentage of the lithium borohydride-based solid-state electrolyte in the composite electrolyte with the wide working voltage range is in a range of 70 wt. % to 99 wt. %; and a mass percentage of the polymer coating layer in the composite electrolyte with the wide working voltage range is in a range of 1 wt. % to 30 wt. %.",
