The eccentric drive member is configured to drive the eccentric member to rotate, eliminating a wear gap at an abutment between the eccentric member and the connecting assembly, thereby resolving the problem of poor stability due to wear at a joint between the cargo tool and the vehicle when the cargo tool carries goods.",
