The processing device may obtain a determination result by determining whether the requested maneuver of the HV is accepted or rejected based on a planned maneuver of the RV, the requested maneuver of the HV, and the driving context information of the HV. The processing device may transmit a maneuver response message indicating the requested maneuver of the HV being accepted or rejected by the RV based on the determination result.",
