The first rotating screw is disposed at least partially within the second rotating screw, wherein the first rotating screw is slidingly coupled to the second rotating screw via a splined connection. The second sleeve is disposed at least partially within a first sleeve, wherein the second sleeve is configured to translate with respect to the first sleeve.
