The base member is made of thermosetting resin material. The infrared reflection layer includes scary metal flakes that are electrically conductive and non-electrically conductive resin that holds the scary metal flakes to be parallel to each other and to be overlapped in a thickness direction. The interior component is mounted on the body panel with a portion of the infrared reflection layer being in contact with the body panel.",
