VEHICLE VENTILATION APPARATUS AND VEHICLE

A vehicle ventilation apparatus is attached to a panel member including a ventilation port. The vehicle ventilation apparatus includes a support member fixed around the ventilation port of the panel member and a flap supported by the support member in an angularly displaceable form. The flap is angularly displaced with respect to the support member, thus can change a posture between a close posture of closing the ventilation port and an open posture of opening the ventilation port. The support member includes a first support part rotatably supporting a first part of the flap, a second support part rotatably supporting a second part of the flap, and a protrusion part protruding to one side along a passage direction of the ventilation port.
